Appalling service DO NOT USE! Booking confirmation had the wrong business details so was left with no way to contact anyone and no way idea where my car was. Helped by Airport Tavern who tracked down the car. The 'Meet and Greet Bristol' person brought the wrong car and I could have driven away in a very lovely VW Golf but that would have been stealing.....had to be taken to Queenshead Farm yard, 9 miles away to collect the car, 3 hours later. Stressful, distressing, and exhausting. I refused to pay the £6 car park fee as I was fuming. My vehicle had been rifled through and left disheveled. Incompetent and I believe a fraudulent operation using another businesses' details..... Won't ever use them
