I used this company at Heathrow airport. On my return I checked my vehicle and straight away noticed a huge dent in the back of my new disability car, it looked like it had been reversed into a pole or post. I alerted the driver straight away, he called the manager and I was advised to take photos and send them via the email address on the return slip, and they would sort it out. This happened on 28th November. I am writing this review on 27th December. I have sent several emails, I have phoned and been fobbed of continuously, I have also sent requested tx messages and what’s apps. The manager keeps lying promising they will call me back and don’t, I have now been ignored for over a week! They won’t answer calls or messages. I have obviously been scammed and they have no intention of fixing the damage they caused. The manager also told me the drivers are nothing to do with them??? I’ve been left with no choice but to take this further, please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Your car is not safe and should their be an accident or damage to your vehicle you will be left to fix it, It’s not worth the risk!
