Alright - the instructions about the bar code costs me time any effort, but when I finally got to speak to someone (which wasn’t easy and took 3 attempts), the lady was really lovely and told me which other bar code I need to register my kit.
Also if I ha e done the PCR at Heathrow I would have gotten, in time, a verified result for my return journey.
