The main reason for giving a low score is that the results of the test were slow at getting back to us our day 8 test came back at 11 pm on day 11, although it had been received at 9 am on day 9. This made a mockery of the whole tests as we could have came out of quarantine
day 11 not sure if we were positive or negative.
