I have forgotten to register my day 8 test at the time of taking it and had to do it a couple of days later when results didn't arrive on time. It might be handy to place a reminder to register the test more prominently on the parcel itself. Also it was not easy to get through by phone. Otherwise, I am satisfied with the service.
