We were very pleased with the delivery and information regarding our tests. Everything was very straight forward. We were very disappointed in the time it took to get the test results back. Our last test on day 8 was taken and posted Friday morning and we didn’t receive the negative result until Tuesday afternoon. As we were only in England for 2 weeks and had important business to attend to this was very annoying. Having paid £190 for each test We would have expected a better service for the amount of money paid. When We have to travel to England again in the next few months we will look elsewhere and hopefully find a company that works 24/7.
