Both day 2 and day 8 test results were delivered only 96h after I took the tests, meaning I was forced to isolate for longer than necessary and the 24-48h turnaround promised was not delivered on at all.
Poor communication throughout, customer feedback was an automated message. I'm going with a different test provider for my next travels.
