I absolutely dreaded the entire process of using this company.
Test results didnt come back for day 2 and day 8 till 5 days after. Therefore I spent 14 days in isolation.
I wasn’t allowed to go back to work till I received a negative test.
Reaching them via phone or email is impossible. They never respond.
