I sent both of my tests at the given time and placed them in postboxes that were not yet emptied for the day. Yet I still received my results for the 2nd test 4 days after submitting it and I am now STILL waiting for my day 8 test result even though it is now day 12 and I've been forced to prolong my quarantine. I don't think I will be recommending this company to anyone.
