Apart from the fact that delivery of my Day 2 test kit was attempted when Confirm Testing new that I was abroad, everything was very professional and worked according to plan. It is also somewhat confusing that immediately following the email confirming the test result an additional email is received saying "Your request has been received............" when no request has been sent.
