Overall the experience was positive. Easy to register and reliable kit deliveries. Nonetheless the instructions contained in the test kit are not consistent regarding how to collect the nostril sample . They differ between the Confirm Test Kit leaflet and those presented on the EKF leaflet. This inconsistency leaves the user confused and insecure. I suggest to revise this.
