Your two test system for expat retunees went smoothly despite last minute flight cancellations at my country of departure. My daughter, who arranged the tests in the UK was able to make the necessary changes with your staff quickly.
Just one point worth mentioning, however. A second clear reminder to register the test again, for test 2, might help, as some people may believe they don't need to register a second time.
