Unfortunately, my experience was not good. Due to some error in entering the details we made a little mistake. I tried to ring the number, I was kept on hold for nearly 45 minutes and it was just put down without answering. This happened twice. I wrote emails too which was not responded. I only received automated email saying you received my email. I was not happy with the service. We did receive the home testing kit on time via DHL delivery which was superb and also a prepaid Royalmail envelopes to return the swabs. I was happy with this. Thanks
