I've been quarantined at home since my return to the UK on 02/04/2021 (almost 7 weeks.....). I would very much appreciate the results of my day 8 test. Maybe you should email me the test result prior to sending me an email with a request to review your service...... Just a thought....
Also, I've never had a response from you when I've tried to get in contact.
