Easy to order and my 2nd & 8th day testing packages arrived on time. The process was well explained and the result of my 2nd test arrived within 3 days. I didn't use the 8th day test as I was only in England for a week and my only quibble is that I had to order the 2 tests, one of which I didn't use.
