The Day 5 test kit arrived on my arrival date, which was earlier that my Day 2 test that I got from another provider. There was only a minor issue in which I couldn’t register my kit before day 6. However, the customer service was very responsive and helpful - we resolved the matter in 15 min. I would HIGHLY recommend Confirm Testing.
