Took day 2 test and sent back
Royal Mail tracking confirmed test was delivered the next day (day 3)
Still no result on day 8
Rang help line and was told there was an issue with sending the result
They had my email address and phone number so could have made contact via either.
After calling result was emailed within the hour.
Would not trust for a day 5 early release test.
Bright note was the test arrived next day after ordering it.
