Very poor customer service - received only one response when I attempted to contact your company regarding an issue with a PCR test registry for my day 8 test. The email answer I got was clearly automated and in no way answer my question. Your phone line did not have personnel available to answer my call and I was on the line over 30 minutes before I decided to hang up. If you do not have personnel available to answer calls, it is only courteous notify the customer so they are not wasting their time.
