I initially had trouble ordering on the site and was called within half an hour of putting in a request. The lady I spoke to was friendly and very helpful. My kit was ready for me when I arrived home from holiday and I took the test the next day (Tuesday) and posted it at about 2pm. I got my result on Thursday morning. Very efficient. Will definitely use again.
