I received the test kit within 24 hours of request and used Confirm testing for a day 5 test to release, taken and posted 2 days ago on Sunday, but unfortunately Royal Mail took 2 days to deliver it. Confirm testing received it this morning and posted result this evening with a certificate. I had phoned the lab offices to chase the result earlier today and Shami was extremely helpful confirming receipt this morning and promising to phone me this evening which she did. The whole process was much easier than Citydoc who I used for the day 2 test.
