For one reason or another I had to phone Confirm almost every day. My calls were dealt with quickly, clearly and politely - even with sense of humour. However the issues we had were all to do with management and administration which did not deliver the "peace of mind" and "certainty in this uncertain time" that Confirm promise. The tests were sent at the last possible moment so that the last one was received too late to get in that days post which meant we had another day of isolation. For DPD the tests should be labeled PRIORITY to be delivered in the morning. In Confirms T&C's it states tests will be delivered by "Royal Mail 1st class tracked" which they are not.
