Some issues with initial clarity on comms, date kits will arrive for example, was a little lacking but customer service responses to my questions were excellent,for all testing providers to remember customers are confused and anxious about what needs to be done when etc so comms really important.tests arrived I time,good instructions and easy to use. Much better than other test providers I've interacted with such as Dante
