Good communications throughout. The only negative thing was getting say 2 results they arrived on day 6 which I thought was a bit too long to have to wait. Also the courier delivered the tests to a property that was 45 houses away. Thus was not acceptable. I managed to track it down but it was very stressful. The incorrect recipient was an elderly lady who could not have re-delivered.
