Excellent service throughout, everyone very pleasant and very efficient in all communications. One area that I feel could be addressed is the speed of the return of the 5 day test result. I posted my test on Friday but didn’t get the email result until mid afternoon on Sunday which effectively is then day 7 before being able to be released from quarantine. It also came through to my junk mail. I think it would be well worthwhile looking into giving the day 5 a top priority in getting the result through quicker.
