I won’t use the service again, it took too long to get the results of my test to release, so I feel like I wasted money.
I tested on Friday and posted it before 10am, the lab got my test at around 10am of Saturday, but the result was only confirmed at 3pm on Sunday.
I contacted the company by email and the customer service was very friendly, but when I called on Sunday morning, the person on the phone wasn’t friendly at all.
