Ordering and delivery of the day 2, 5 & 8 test was excellent. Delivery by DPD.
Return tests is by Royal Mail 24 hrs using a Priority post box. This means at least 48hrs at the earliest before any result as Confirmed take between 24 and 48 hrs to process test from receipt. Posting and processor a weekend is terrible. Our day 5 test was posted 8am Sat and results not received until Tues morning. 4 days!!!. It appears no processing is carried out overnight or weekends. Beware.
