I’m very pleased with the testing. I had a couple of queries and they were dealt with very well.
The fly in the ointment is Royal Mail.
I posted my 5 day test on Friday at 1130.
It was delivered to the laboratory on Monday. That’s really poor. The lab returned my result on Monday around 430.
That poor delay is completely down to Royal Mail and I think you need to address that.
