Easy to use instructions and the day 2 test was waiting for us when we got home. I sent it off in a priority postbox on a Monday and my results came back on Wednesday although my daughter received hers on Tuesday evening.
I had to contact Customer Service over not being able to log in - my error, not theirs, and they were very helpful and pleasant to deal with.
Would recommend as they were also very competitively priced.
