The service was great....both tests were delivered together and the instructions were well laid out. The only issue that could do with improvement is the delivery date....we landed on a Sunday, so the tests should have been shipped for delivery Monday or Tuesday. Instead it was shipped for delivery the day before we arrived (Saturday) with no-one home to accept the delivery,
