I was very disappointed with the service of Confirm testing. On the evening before I travelled I was required to use the reference number you provided for the UK Gov Locator Form. I rang and rang your number and all I got every time was an ansaphone message stating that there were no operatives available. The problem I had was that your booking reference number began with CONFI and then the digits. I confused the letter ‘I’ with a number ‘1’. I also emailed you several times and did not receive one reply to my email.
The following week I also emailed you and never got a reply.
I felt so aggrieved with the lack of service that I emailed the Department of Health and Social Care as I was very unhappy that your business is an approved provider on the UK Gov be site.
I would like my money returned as I do it feel you provided a satisfactory service level and have the record of unanswered emails and details of my phone calls which were not responded to.
