I was very disappointed that I got my day 5 test results on day 9 only after me chasing. The document I got then showed that the laboratory completed the analysis already on day 6. Because of the delay you caused I had to stay a whole weekend longer in quarantine than needed and missed an important meeting on day 9. never again
