Very poor experience. Whilst the tests arrived in advance which was good, the timescales to receive results was not until 3 DAYS later. Took a long time when called to speak with someone.
Day 2 test - not received for one party - apparently sent to another email.
Day 5 test (early release) - NOT RECEIVED. When we telephoned on day three, we were informed that the test was actually completed the day before though not sent .
Given we paid to have a day five test, not having a result until day 8 was a complete waste of money. Would NOT recommend.
