Didn't send me the booking test reference number . No second email received . Failed to acknowledge their mistake which also happened to friends who booked via the company . Called not answered only asked to leave message . Only sent the number upon my return which is useless . Had to order test from different provider. Asked for refund but told not their policy despite their obvious blunder . An utter rip off and irresponsible seller . Never again.
