Absolutely disgusted! My elderly father and stepmother paid £200 to return from living in Spain during the pandemic for health reasons and when encountering problems with the ref number being excepted at border control..he and I tried for hours to get confirm on the phone to help but no answer just kept in que..he had to pay another £350 for another 2 day 2&8 tests before he could board…confirm will not give him a refund!!
