The website is clear and the FAQs are comprehensive e.g. by addressing the timing issues cause by weekends and the 24 hour Royal Mail post. We used day 2 and day 8 tests. Instructions were good.
Only issue is the kits were delivered BEFORE our arrival date. Fortunately a neighbour accepted them for us.
