Day 2 test posted Sunday 8 July, result still not available as of 4pm on 12 July. Called and was told there was a technical issue and email promised. Day 5 test to release sent 11 July and showing as delivered on 12 July at 1pm. When I called, although it shows as delivered on the Royal Mail site, this apparently doesn't mean it has arrived at the lab. Unacceptable. All of the friends on the same trip who used other testing companies have their results already.
