What a shocking company to deal with! Booking reference: CONFI0026604 They never respond to emails. I even gave them 24 hours before writing this review and they still never replied. My day 2 test arrived damaged I phoned (you wait on average 20 minutes to get, I know as I have phoned 4 times in total). Each time someone was going to talk to a manager and telephone me back. They never have and have never responded to the 8 emails I have sent dating back to the middle of July I now just want my money back but I can't seem to get a refund.. it really feels like I've been scammed My advice; use another 1 of the 100's of companies that are out there providing tests.. Maybe this review will now enable me to get my money back. I'm not holding out though!
