As a start, I was waiting for day 2 test results for 6 days. I've called call center and Thu guy on the phone did talked to me in really sarcastic way, he was quite rode.
I have never received day 8 test results. Apparently I have not registered, but I did register for sure. I have asked for compensation, didn't get any.
