All tests were posted out by confirm using DHL. All tests arrived as we got home from holiday. No issues here. However. The disappointment lies with the Day 2 results which came back on day 4 For me and my husband which wasn’t a problem as we were not having to isolate. However my son and his girlfriend experienced real delays. Day 2 test came back on day 5 for him and day 7 for her. They were isolating so it was an issue. Whether it’s postage issues or lab issues who knows but it needs to be a lot better for the costs involved. I cannot recommend this company.
