I paid for 2 x day 2 tests, for myself and my wife. They both had the same reference number, when I registered my test online there was no problem, I couldn’t register my wife’s test online due to having the same reference number, I phoned the number given on your website eventually got through, and was told it was sorted, we then submitted my wife’s test. I received my results after a couple of days, that was more than 2 weeks ago we are still waiting for my wife’s results
