I paid for the 5 day test but received a 2 and 8 day test which I did not need. Also, the box came with my name and another persons name on the box, meaning someone was careless in fulfilling the order. Anyway, I did o Ev test and sent back with a note. The test results was provided promptly. ( which was better than another company I used for the day 2&8, which lost the day 2 sample). With these errors, I wonder how the samples are handled. I do not recommend any of these home tests companies.
