We used them twice already for test to release+day 2 and 8 Pcr. Great service, timely (once parcels delivered by post to the lab which can sometimes be slow on weekends) and a customer service is very available by telephone and email. Postage labels are directly provided, the website is well detailed and the instructions for self testing and postage are very comprehensive too. They are not the cheapest on the market but for ease and peace of mind, the bundle day 2,5, 8 is most cost effective and I would recommend highly as a provider overall!
