Confirm delivered exactly as promised. Tests and results turned up earlier than expected. Instructions and process made very clear and costs reasonable. I'm also very impressed that when the HIM Gov testing rules changed, Confirm refunded the costs of the tests we didn't need without being asked. When we travel again we'd use Confirm.
