The reason I have given Confirm Testing five stars - in spite of the eye-watering price - is that on the three occasions when I had to ring for help and advice, I actually got great help and excellent advice from polite, friendly, well-trained, cheerful voices on the other end of the line. This i surely almost unheard of in early 21st century Britain. It is also necessary for bewildered pensioners like me, permanently lost in the kaleidoscopic labyrinth of Covid regulations.
