I used Confirm Testing for 2 day return to UK from Barbados for my wife and me using each of our Email addresses for confirmation of order reference which is required for the Passenger Locator Form. My confirmation came quickly but my wife’s did not. I contacted Confirm Testing by Email and it eventually got sorted. My advice is book each person separately and book early so that you have time to sort any problem. The test kits were due to be delivered on the day we arrived but I contacted the courier to deliver them the next day, so everything went OK.
