Test kit (for day 2 test) arrived on time and was returned via Royal Mail on day 1. It then took about 3 days to get the result back. As I didn't have to isolate (double vaccinated & returning from amber list country) the lab response time was of lesser importance to me than the price for the test - which was £39. Overall a positive experience & would use this company again in the future.
