We were impressed with how quickly our tests were processed and results sent out - thank you.
However it would make more sense if the testing kits were sent out at the time of ordering rather than 3 days before they need to be done. By definition, three days before the test, people are still abroad, and this creates problems with regards to delivery if nobody is at home. Whilst we were able to ask DPD to leave our package in a 'safe place', this may not be an option for some people.
