Confirm Testing were helpful when the government rules changed after I had bought my test pack and needed to change it. After lots of back and forth (with one staff member not entirely up to date with the rule changes) I managed to get a full refund for the tests I no longer needed and was able to get my new tests sent out. They use the application Shop to track deliveries but don’t update the whereabouts of the package, which would have been helpful.
Otherwise an efficient and good service.
