The testing kits all arrived and were okay. The email notification was next to useless, especially the day 5 test to release (the one that you are really keen to get back). Trying to speak to someone to get the test results takes at least 25 mins on hold and then you may as well have not bothered as ‘we don’t have anything to do with the lab’ is the answer you get. So a 2 star review but I don’t know if others are any better.
