The purchaser of my property is using this company. No communication since 5th May and when my solicitor chased they denied they had refieved the email . Even though the email is correct. I was warned away from this company and I'm glad I did. The issue now is the buyer did.... poor communication further enhances the pressures of moving house. Sort yourselves out and think about how you resolve your communication issues....
